Program Overview
ผู้เข้าร่วมจะได้สวมหมวกเป็นผู้ประกอบการ สร้างผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องบินจำลองที่ตอบโจทย์และความต้องการของลูกค้า พร้อมเรียนรู้ตั้งแต่การสรรหาและพัฒนาทีม การกิจในเกมมีกลไกที่ผลักดันให้แต่ละคนต้องทำงานร่วมกันจึงจะสามารถพิชิตภารกิจได้
เกมส์จะแบ่งเป็น 3 Levels โดยความยากที่เพิ่มขึ้น จะกระตุ้นให้ผู้เข้าร่วมต้องทำงาน สื่อสาร และตัดสินใจร่วมกัน
